Fabulous!

"We had such an amazing stay here! Stayed for 4 nights in the Forest wing, amazing views, huge bed and huge room. We mentioned we'd just got engaged and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel very special, especially Chris and Alexandra. Free drinks tokens and a bottle of prosecco on ice when we came back to the room. Whilst the hotel is a little bit out from the town the walk is beautiful (even if a bit steep on the way up)."

A great stay

"Check in was easy. Our room had a view over the lake. Breakfasts were good. Our room had a washing machine. This all makes for a comfortable stay. The only issue that the hotel was not walking distance from the town and Queenstown did not have an abundance of car parking."

"I was part of a conference organising committee that recently held a four-day event at the Heritage Hotel attended by both local and international guests.

Overall, it was an outstanding experience. We were very well looked after throughout the planning and execution stages. Carolina was fantastic to work with in the lead-up to the event, and Jess looked after us during the conference. We held several satellite workshops, a poster-viewing event, a networking/cocktail evening, and several trade show exhibitions."

"We have had the most wonderful stay at the heritage hotel. The rooms were large , comfortable and clean. The staff were absolutely exceptional and made our stay . They were polite, helpful and always welcomed us with a smile. We ate at the restaurant over 3 evenings and the meals were great. We would definitely stay here again."
